💼 Current Opportunity: Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

We’re looking for passionate, professional, and nurturing ECEs who are committed to providing high-quality care and education.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Create a warm, loving, and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported.

✅ Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children in your care.

✅ Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members.

✅ Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.

✅ Stay compliant with The Day Care Act and Regulations and The Growing Place policies.

✅ Keep accurate documentation including daily logs, curriculum plans, and progress reports.

✅ Participate actively in team meetings, professional development, and parent communications.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Early Childhood Education certification (ECE Level I, II, or III).

✔️ Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to update).

✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills.

✔️ A positive, professional attitude and commitment to continuous learning.

✔️ Understanding of child development and ability to implement play-based learning.
